The "customer waiting area" sign that is on the trashcan was facing the wall upon arrival (PIC turned it around during the inspection). PIC was notified on July 13, 2018 that a sign designating the establishment as a "no-dining in" facility be posted and on November 16, 2018 he was informed that the sign must be easily viewable and unobstructed. A future visit will be made to ensure sign is easily visible and further guidance will be given.
