Observed Alaskan Cod fillets touching Yellowfin Tuna fillets in display case. Since Yellowfin Tuna naturally parasite free, it is considered a ready to eat product and should not be stored in contact with other fish that require cooking to be considered safe to eat. Worker placed vertical dividers on each side of tuna to prevent future contaminations. This procedure is to be maintained indefinately.
