Deteriorated hand rails on the entrance ramps to the 700 and 800 modular buildings are also in need of priority replacement for safety. Replace missing ceiling tile in the cafeteria dining room. Replace missing ceiling tiles, repair damaged wall base, and seal hole in wall at missing switch cover in the boys bathroom in the 800 modular building. Wiring is exposed at the missing switch cover. Priority repairs are needed. Repair broken and damaged ceiling grid in the boys bathroom in the 700 modular building. The damaged ceiling grid requires priority safety repair due to the potential of possible collapse and due to exposed insulation. Missing ceiling tiles in this boys bathroom should also be replaced after the ceiling grid is fixed. Seal off wall area that has exposed wiring from a missing thermostat in the boys bathroom in the 700 building. Repair ceiling leak at vent fan in the girls bathroom in the 700 modular building. Reattach loose exterior wall skirting on the base of the #800 modular class building. Repair ceiling leak in the bathroom in the auditorium dressing room for girls (#120A). The attachment on the toilet in RM 306 is rusting, the urinal in the boys locker room leaks and the stall covered with plastic is attracting flies. The walls, floors and ceilings of all bathrooms shall be made of easy to clean materials and maintained clean; all fixtures shall be kept in good repair and clean. In the 400 building boy bathroom, the urinals are not flushing properly; when all urinals are flushed at once, water starts to back up into the 3 urinal from the left, these urinals need to be repaired or replaced, waterless urinals may be a good option in this bathroom. The 1st toilet in the 400 hall girls' bathroom needs to be reset and resealed. The toilets in the handicapped accessible stalls in the 600 hall and gym girls' bathrooms are clogged, repair.

The 4th toilet in the girls bathroom (Bldg 3) is leaking on the flush mechanism. The girls locker room toilet (2nd toilet on the left) does not have enough pressure when flushing and sometimes overflows.The student toilet in the media center sometimes overflows out onto the hallway carpet. Carpet shows stain of overflow from previous times this has happened. The 1st toilet (Staff Lounge-Rm 320-Bldg 3) will not flush at all.

General Comments
The bleachers (on the Garner Rd side) are broken and will not move in or out. Need repair before start of school.One bleacher seat is broken and several end caps are missing. One emergency light is broken (in the gym) and the protector screen is on the floor under the edge of the bleacher. Numerous seats attached to the cafteria tables are broken and unusable. Seats need repair or replacement before start of school so that enough seating is available for students. Check to see if manhole cover in the auditorium ceiling (over the grand piano) is securely attached to prevent further leaking. There is sharp broken glass in the fire alarm box beside Rm 610 (Bldg 6). Replace missing bench in boys locker room. Both exit doors (on Bldg 5) do not latch and have to be secured shut with chairs. The ceiling leak in the Art Rm (302) appears to be fixed. Continue to monitor during heavy rains. If you have questions at the school contact the custodian, Mr. Oge. He accompanied me during the inspection and can show maintenance where issues are located.
